All passports should be valid for more than 06 months from the date of travel.
For any cancellation of Airfare / Airline. Refund shall be only provided once it is received and reimbursed by Airline to Travel Link. A service fee of Rs. 700 per person shall be charged over and above the refund amount received from airline.
For any cancellation of Ground Arrangements, refund shall be provided only if hotels / Ground Handler refunds the agent. A service fee of Rs. 2000 per person shall be applicable and deducted from the refund amount received by Travel Link.

We are just booking agent and shall not be liable for any service lapse from hotel.
It is traveler / customer’s sole responsibility to check Hotel / Vehicle details before confirming the package. After confirmation any changes will incur additional charges as per Hotel’s / Vehicle provider’s penalty plus our service charge.
All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
Peak Season / Weekend Surcharges may be applicable at the time of confirmation.
Early check in and late check out request is subject to availability.
Transfers between 2300-0700 hr, surcharge will be applicable.
All Room type (double or twin bed) is on request basis subject to availability upon check-in.

Additional cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like – landslides, road blockage, etc. is not included, in such case extra charges will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.
